A 22-year-old Louisiana rapper was shot and killed early on Sunday morning in Dallas over an alleged internet beef.
Garret Burton of Baton Rouge, who performed as Da Real Gee Money was found dead at about 1:30 a.m. in a parking lot in the 1900 block of Dallas Drive, police spokesman Sgt. Don Coppola said.
Da Real Gee Money who has a baby girl with his girlfriend was leaving a recording studio before the incident. He died at the scene after suffering from gunshot wounds, according to BRPD.
The Baton Rouge Police detectives say they are currently investigating the shooting.
