"You are a stupid man. I spit on all of you", Nigerian man blasts the Police PRO and the entire Nigerian Police Force

The Nigerian police Public Relations Officer, Aliyu Giwa shared screenshot of the message a very angry Nigerian sent to him...calling him a stupid man.
The man went further to say the only thing the PRO knows how to do is flaunt himself on Instagram rather than controlling the "animals" he call officers.
